Job Description:
The Communications Specialist serves as a strategic Communications advisor and hands-on executor, with a primary focus on driving impactful Internal Communications and fostering positive community engagement at Airbus sites. This role is essential for maintaining an informed internal workforce and building strong, sustainable relationships with local communities.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, or related field required.
Experience:
Required: 5+ years experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or public relations.
Preferred: Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry; previous experience supporting C-suite executives.

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Required:
Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills; expertise in event management and internal engagement strategies; ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Technical Systems Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides), CMS platforms (HUB), and digital newsletter tools.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks and community relations management
Technical Systems: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Photoshop) and social media management tools (e.g., Haiilo, LinkedIn).
Communication Skills:
Required: Mastery of written and spoken English; ability to influence senior stakeholders; executive-level presentation skills; excellent public communications and influencing skills (Spoken and Written).
Preferred: Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish (Airbus core languages).
