Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated content for scientific accuracy and provide feedback to enhance AI's understanding of biological concepts and reasoning.
Skills: Advanced knowledge in biology, experimental design, data interpretation, and understanding of various biological subdisciplines.
Qualifications: Must hold a PhD in Biology or related life sciences, or be currently enrolled in a PhD program; prior experience in AI is not required.
Location: Fully remote position, can be done from the United States.
Compensation: $75 - $100 / Hourly
Overview
Handshake is seeking Biology PhDs to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional academic or full-time role. You’ll use your advanced biological training to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand biological reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and scientific problem-solving.
This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or industry employment.
