  • Independently extract and analyze data, identifying trends to validate business assumptions and propose process optimizations. Map complex system integrations and data flows across SaaS applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of enterprise data.
  • Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and create comprehensive test plans that align test cases with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize information for Change Control meetings and obtain required approvals for the release and deployment of system changes.
  • Document system improvements for the end-user and deliver training sessions if needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration of the ERP and CRM systems
  • Evaluate and research standard practices for department and cross-department strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or business-related practice
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within an IT or Business Systems function

  • Experience with data management concepts and workflows.
  • Experience documenting system integration requirements and mapping data flows between SaaS applications
  • Solid research, analysis, and problem-solving skills with a track record of translating complex business needs into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations on relevant topics to diverse audiences
