- 8+ years experience in hardware product development and PCB design
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent E-CAD tools
- Experience with high-speed layout, signal integrity, and mixed-signal design
- Familiarity with interfaces: Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB
- Experience with MCU, CPU, and FPGA devices
- Practical experience in component selection, bring-up, and debugging
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle PCB design: requirements capture, schematic, component selection, layout supervision, bring-up, test and debug
- Design and implement high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power circuits
- Rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification for product maturity
- Establish and enforce DFM and quality fabrication/assembly guidelines
- Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
- Develop low-level firmware for bring-up and test
- Perform root-cause analysis to support production operations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate with cross-functional teams and customers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required)
- Master's degree in EE or related discipline (preferred)
