Skills
- Experience executing end-to-end test engineering processes for complex systems-of-systems
- Proven track record as a test conductor, test director, or equivalent during flight testing
- Ability to produce and present test plans, reports, and data-driven conclusions to diverse stakeholders
- Strong initial data analysis skills for flight and systems data
- Ability to travel for planning and test execution (~25–50%)
- Current Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead test planning, requirements-based test design, safety/readiness reviews, and resource coordination for system-level T&E
- Serve as test conductor/test director during ground and flight test events at private and government ranges
- Collect, validate, and perform initial analysis of flight and system test data and produce customer-facing test deliverables
- Work closely with engineering teams to analyze test results, document observations, and iterate on system improvements
- Ensure safe operations by following established test procedures and participating in safety and readiness reviews
- Communicate test status and results to program leadership, government partners, and supporting teams
- Support process improvement and development of test infrastructure, tools, and procedures
Education
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in engineering or a related technical discipline
