Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution from vision and initial design through fabrication, test, and production
- Develop systems that support expeditionary operation, intuitive setup for warfighters, and modular sensor expansion
- Conduct design trades with SMEs and business teams to select robust, cost-effective solutions
- Architect system-level interfaces across hardware and software to meet performance and producibility goals
- Define product milestones, run technical design reviews, and manage engineering risk
- Coordinate prototype and low-rate production fabrication and lead subsystem/system-level testing
- Create and execute verification & validation plans for end-to-end systems
- Support remote troubleshooting and conduct hands-on, in-field testing
Education
- Technical Bachelor’s degree (Robotics, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software engineering) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree desirable but not required
