- Deep experience creating and managing complex test plans for evolving software
- Experience testing full-stack applications and embedded/custom hardware

- Familiarity with manual and automated testing methods across unit, integration, and user levels
- Strong debugging and system-navigation skills across established codebases
- Ability to work in constrained and air-gapped development environments
- Active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (current and maintainable)
Responsibilities
- Write, maintain, and execute detailed test plans for full-stack and user-facing software on custom and embedded hardware
- Perform manual and automated testing across functionality, performance, and reliability
- Develop reusable testing approaches and create reproducible test environments and simulations
- Analyze test results, report findings, and support prioritization and decision-making with clear, concise reports
- Coordinate with application developers, program leads, and external teams to drive issue resolution
- Maintain and update existing testing plans across multiple projects and evolving baselines
- Manage end-to-end test activities and ensure shipped software meets quality standards
- Execute and analyze simulated operational environments and mission-focused test scenarios
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required
- Advanced degree in related field preferred
