- Extensive flight test experience, especially with autonomous or remotely piloted systems.

- Proficient in test data analysis and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with simulation environments and tools used for autonomy validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional reporting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret-level security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Advance and formalize testing methodologies for mission autonomy systems in complex operational scenarios.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and mission profiles for autonomous UAS.
- Execute test campaigns, collect and analyze telemetry and sensor data to validate performance and diagnose behaviors.
- Drive end-to-end test management: shape requirements, lead execution, analyze results, and produce clear reports.
- Run and analyze simulations that replicate real-world mission scenarios to accelerate iteration cycles.
- Collaborate closely with software, hardware, and product teams to align tests with system capabilities and mission goals.
- Coordinate testing with private and government ranges and support logistics and safety planning.
- Travel to test locations and work flexible hours as required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, robotics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Eligibility for U.S. Top Secret-level security clearance.
