Skills
- Deep expertise in embedded systems security, secure boot, key management, and FPGA security features
- Strong systems and systems-of-systems engineering background with cyber/resiliency knowledge
- Experience developing and executing security test plans, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
- Ability to translate complex technical security concepts for program leadership and government customers
- Proficiency with programming for security tasks (e.g., Python, C/C++, Rust, Go) and tooling
Responsibilities
- Define and decompose security requirements from customer needs and threat intelligence for assigned products
- Design and own security architectures across hardware, firmware, software, and system integrations
- Develop and execute multi-level security test strategies and support milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security controls and validate implementations
- Work with assessment teams to discover vulnerabilities and drive remediation
- Brief program leadership and government customers on security posture and tradeoffs
- Coordinate threat modeling, validation, and cyber survivability activities across teams
- Support supply chain, software assurance, configuration management, and anti-tamper processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Equivalent education combined with significant hands-on experience accepted
