Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support Mission Autonomy hardware and software in the field, including pre-configuration and integration with customer infrastructure.
- Perform field maintenance, repairs, and hands-on assembly of technical hardware using tools and electrical safety practices.
- Administer and maintain Linux systems and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) for deployed products.
- Diagnose and resolve complex, unstructured issues spanning hardware, software, and networking in real time.
- Communicate status and recommendations to internal teams and customers; produce incident RCAs and post-incident reviews.
- Support operational and logistical planning for deployments and events; train and guide end users and account teams.
- Manage both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components ensuring reliability and safety.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related technical field preferred
- Equivalent technical experience, military training, or certifications accepted in lieu of degree
