- Basic scripting/automation (Python, Bash) preferred
- Strong communication and service orientation
Responsibilities
- Own IT stack and compliance for the Dayton and New York offices
- Serve as primary IT contact for employees with in-person support in Dayton and remote support for New York
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS, Windows, SaaS apps, identity/access systems, and networking
- Manage and enforce IT compliance policies, security standards, and access controls
- Own employee technology lifecycle: onboarding setup through secure offboarding
- Manage and maintain office technology: WiFi, conference rooms, AV equipment, and vendor relationships
- Administer core tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and MDM solutions
- Handle hardware procurement, inventory, and secure retirement
- Build documentation and self-service resources to scale support
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work
- Partner with Engineering, People, and Security teams on IT initiatives
- Coordinate with local contacts in New York to resolve on-site issues as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (Okta, Jamf, CompTIA) are a plus
- Equivalent hands-on IT support experience accepted in lieu of degree
