Partner Insights Project Manager

Blueprint is a Bellevue-based technology solutions firm helping organizations unlock value from existing assets by connecting strategy, products, and services. We are seeking an experienced Data & Insights Business Analyst (Partner Insights Project Manager) to produce high-quality analysis, reporting, and actionable insights that support Sales, Marketing, Finance, and data teams across the business.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting
Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for visualization
SQL skills preferred for querying and analysis
Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Produce regular business reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual) with performance tracking and trend analysis
Translate data into structured narratives and insights that inform stakeholder decisions
Identify and call out risks, anomalies, and opportunities from data
Respond to ad-hoc analysis and research requests from WW category and other teams
Conduct deep-dive analyses on programs, initiatives, and business performance
Define, track, and maintain key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting standards
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs
Identify opportunities to automate or improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to understand needs and deliver tailored analytics
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of data familiarity

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field required
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
