Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational and KPI reporting: define metrics, instrumentation, cadence, and executive narratives
- Design and maintain metrics for supply, demand, and operational performance across workstreams
- Produce recurring reporting packages (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) with clear storylines and decision points
- Design how data flows from planning, sourcing, and operational systems into a unified reporting layer
- Structure and manage the data backbone: entities, hierarchies, mappings, and standards
- Integrate multiple reporting sources into consolidated, scalable models and reduce manual reconciliation
- Design and build scalable Power BI solutions (datasets, semantic models, measures, reusable components)
- Optimize report performance, implement data quality controls, and enable drill-through from dashboards to source data
- Partner with planning, operations, sourcing, and strategy stakeholders to align taxonomy and reporting rollups
- Translate ambiguous business questions into durable metrics, and influence decisions via data storytelling
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree
