Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation — creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.
This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special — a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. This uses the approved Bolt Farm company description called for in the JD guide.
The media team is a core part of how Bolt Farm is understood in the market. This team helps translate the brand into content people can feel — shaping how prospective guests encounter Bolt Farm through founder-led storytelling, property-led content, and creative that reinforces renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation rather than generic hospitality messaging.
This is a meaningful leadership seat inside a brand with real creative traction and clear room to build. The opportunity is not just to keep content moving, but to create a stronger operating system behind it: better planning, better workflows, better quality control, and better alignment between creative output and qualified demand. The org reference also shows Bolt Media as an open leadership lane inside Brand Co, which reinforces that this is a build-and-lead opportunity rather than a narrow production seat.
As Head of Media, you will own Bolt Farm’s media engine across founder-led and property-led content. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can turn creative instinct, brand standards, and performance signals into a repeatable system that ships consistently, protects the premium feel of the brand, and helps drive qualified demand for Bolt Farm stays.
You will set priorities, build workflows, and lead the people and partners needed to make Bolt Farm’s media function compound over time rather than depend on last-minute heroics. For the right person, this is a chance to step into a brand with real momentum and help shape how Bolt Farm is experienced in the market through content that feels premium, emotionally resonant, and operationally strong. This framing follows the JD guide’s instruction that the role section should focus on purpose, impact, and why now is a strong time to join.
