Position Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive team with responsibility for shaping and executing Calibrant Energy’s technology strategy. This leader will set the company’s technology vision and strategy, oversee the development and implementation of new technologies and solutions, and maintain Calibrant’s commitment to superlative levels of reliability and safety.
The CTO will work closely with leaders from across the organization to ensure the company’s technology strategy is continually able to meet evolving customer and market needs, while equipping front-end teams with the ability to accelerate project evaluation and deal flow. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience building high-performing technical teams, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and establishing trusted partnerships.
