Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Outreach

CodePath is a nonprofit reprogramming higher education to create the first generation of AI-native engineers, CTOs, and founders by delivering industry-vetted courses and career support for first-generation and low-income students. The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Outreach will own digital outreach and campaign operations—designing and executing HubSpot-driven sequences, email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, virtual info sessions, and re-enrollment outreach to drive enrollment and re-engagement at scale.

  • High-volume email and SMS lifecycle campaign management

  • AI-assisted personalization and copy optimization
  • Clear written communication and persuasive outreach copy
  • Stakeholder relationship management (faculty, career centers, student orgs)

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate national digital outreach to faculty, career centers, and academic champions using HubSpot automation and segmented sequences
  • Plan and execute semester outreach cycles end-to-end: segmentation, sequence building, launch, monitoring, and iteration
  • Manage email and SMS lifecycle campaigns for the admitted-to-enrolled conversion window to improve show rates and reduce drop-off
  • Design and run re-enrollment outreach using cohort analyses to bring eligible students back into recommended course sequences
  • Coordinate and execute national virtual info sessions: scheduling, facilitation support, follow-up sequences, and conversion tracking
  • Collaborate with student communications to ensure consistent voice and messaging across channels
  • Track campaign performance (open, click, conversion) and surface optimizations and issues to the Director of Growth
  • Grow and maintain a network of faculty advocates, student champions, and national student organization relationships

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in outreach, lifecycle marketing, or related fields
  • Ongoing professional development in marketing tools, analytics, or CRM platforms
