The Production Engineering team is responsible for building, scaling, and operating the cloud platform for CyberArk’s machine identity security products. Our solutions are trusted by the world’s largest organizations to protect and manage TLS machine identities, SSH machine identities, and Code signing identities.
As a Senior Production Engineer at CyberArk, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliability and scalability. Your responsibilities will include:
• Architecting and Operating: Designing, building, and maintaining the highly available Cloud Infrastructure platform for CyberArk Certificate Manager with a focus on scalability and resilience.
• Pipeline Engineering: enhancing and optimizing the CI/CD ecosystem to ensure fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborating closely with development teams to advocate for SRE best practices, observability, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Automation: Driving "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) initiatives to eliminate manual toil and improve system consistency.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience architecting and managing infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud experience is a plus).
• Container Orchestration: Advanced expertise in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, or GKE), including troubleshooting complex cluster issues.
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• CI/CD Mastery: proven experience designing and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions).
• Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in scripting and software development using Python or Go for automation and tooling.
• Operational Excellence: Extensive experience in 24/7 production environments, including incident management, on-call rotation, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Networking & Systems: Solid understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, VPC peering, and mTLS).

The salary range for this position is $155,000 – $194,000/year, plus discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance and equity. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
