Senior Analyst, Commercial Data & Insights

Definium Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel treatments for brain health disorders. The company is seeking a Senior Analyst, Commercial Data & Insights to build and maintain commercial dashboards, translate business questions into analytics, and deliver actionable insights to support Sales, Marketing, and Market Access using claims, CRM, and other commercial datasets.

Skills

  • Proven experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong SQL querying and data transformation skills
  • Experience with large commercial datasets (claims, CRM, patient/HCP-level)
  • Familiarity with omnichannel analytics and KPI frameworks
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical approaches
  • High attention to detail and QA/QC practices
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI) for Sales, Marketing, and Market Access
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights using claims, CRM, and other datasets
  • Perform ad hoc analyses for HCP targeting, patient analytics, and performance tracking
  • Build and optimize SQL queries and datasets to support reporting and analytics
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
  • Support KPI development and tracking across commercial functions
  • Execute omnichannel analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through QA/QC and adherence to data governance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for data integration and delivery
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field required
  • Master's degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
