Executive Director / Vice President, Corporate and Internal Communications - BioPharma

Dianthus Therapeutics is a late-stage biotech developing potentially best-in-class therapies for severe autoimmune diseases. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Executive Director / Vice President of Corporate & Internal Communications to build and lead a modern communications function that elevates our corporate brand, strengthens employee engagement for a predominantly remote workforce, and ensures consistent, compelling narratives for patients, investors, employees, and other stakeholders.

  • Executive presence and experience advising senior leaders
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content strategy
  • Website and digital content strategy expertise
  • Internal communications for distributed/remote organizations
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with social media/employer brand campaigns (LinkedIn focus)
  • Data-driven measurement of communications effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Lead redesign and ongoing evolution of the external website to support storytelling, recruiting, investor visibility, and patient education.
  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy tailored for a fully/primarily remote workforce.
  • Create and maintain a year-round internal communications and employer brand calendar aligned with business milestones.
  • Oversee employee intranet content, structure, and governance as a central hub for culture and collaboration.
  • Craft executive and leadership communications, including town halls, company updates, and presentation support.
  • Partner with Marketing, Investor Relations, Finance, Talent, and Clinical teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn and external social media content to elevate brand, spotlight employees, and support recruiting.
  • Own agenda, narrative, and content for biannual all-company meetings and regular virtual town halls.
  • Establish metrics and track communication effectiveness; iterate based on data and feedback.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field required
  • Advanced degree (MA, MBA, or MS) or related certification preferred
