Position: Marketing Manager, Product Marketing
Position Summary:
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies driving growth across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Focus on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
• Create compelling product stories and sales & marketing enablement tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Lead and mentor team members, manage projects, and ensure marketing aligns with brand standards and business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product Marketing
• Translate complex product features into customer-focused value propositions.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases.
• Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Create marketing assets like battlecards, product sheets, competitive comparisons, sales enablement decks, and customer collateral.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
• Ensure consistent product messaging across all touchpoints.
• Support cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives through effective messaging.
Marketing Strategy & Team Leadership
• Set product marketing objectives and success metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Mentor and coach marketing team members.
• Prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Review content for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Executive teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong background in B2B and B2C product marketing with proven experience in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
• Experience with market, customer, and competitive research.
• Skilled in building sales enablement and customer-facing assets.
• Strong project management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree required; marketing, communications, or business preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant product marketing experience.
• Experience in SaaS, professional services, or technology-driven industries preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies driving growth in B2B and/or B2C markets.
