What You'll Do

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives on turning strategy into pipeline and ambiguity into a repeatable system. You will own demand generation at EchoMark end-to-end: from designing our campaign architecture and digital marketing stack to executing the programs that fill our funnel and accelerate deals.

This is not a role where you inherit a mature playbook. You'll build it. Working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership, you'll design the demand engine from the ground up - launching campaigns, testing channels, and continuously optimizing based on what the data tells you.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Build the Demand Engine: Design and implement our demand generation infrastructure -marketing automation platform, lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution reporting. Own the full funnel from awareness through pipeline creation.

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital paid (LinkedIn, Google, email), email, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events. Prioritize channels based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) fit and measurable ROI, not convention.

Account-Based Programs: Develop targeted ABM campaigns for priority accounts in our key verticals – government & public sector, financial services, gaming & entertainment, and design/manufacturing. Partner with Sales to align outreach, messaging, and timing against named account lists.

Content & Campaign Operations: Coordinate with Product Marketing to deploy content across the funnel - translating technical capabilities into messaging that resonates with CISO, CLO, and GC buyers. Build and manage campaign calendars, landing pages, and nurture sequences.

Analytics & Optimization: Own demand gen reporting and dashboards. Track pipeline contribution, CAC, conversion rates by stage, and channel performance. Use data to continuously improve and make the case for investment.

Sales Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, SLA adherence, and closed-loop feedback. Be a trusted partner in revenue planning, not a separate function.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Demand Gen Expertise: 5–8 years of B2B demand generation experience, including ownership of pipeline and revenue targets. You've managed the full funnel, not just one piece of it.

SaaS & Technical Product Experience: Background selling or marketing complex, technical products - ideally in security, enterprise software, or infrastructure. You can translate sophisticated capabilities into compelling campaigns without losing the substance.

Marketing Stack Fluency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and paid channel management. You can build workflows yourself and know when to bring in support.

ABM & Segmentation Mindset: Experience running account-based programs and segmenting campaigns by vertical, persona, or deal stage. You think in ICPs and buying committees, not just individual leads.

Builder Mentality: You are energized by the challenge of building programs where none exist. You move fast, test systematically, and aren't waiting for perfect conditions to launch.

Analytical Rigor: You make decisions with data. You can build a reporting dashboard, interpret funnel metrics, and clearly communicate performance to leadership and the board.
