Finance Associate
Skills
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Experience analyzing Marketing and GTM metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion)
- Proficiency with large datasets and ability to extract actionable insights
- Familiarity with finance systems and ERP tools; experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or Adaptive is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders on annual planning, rolling forecasts, and in-quarter execution
- Build and maintain financial models for pipeline generation, CAC, and GTM profitability
- Monitor spend vs. forecast, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop frameworks to measure Marketing ROI and benchmark GTM efficiency against SaaS standards
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders
- Assist in business case development and cost-benefit analysis for new investments
- Improve forecasting processes and financial workflows for speed and accuracy
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Collaborate across distributed teams and time zones to ensure alignment
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
- MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
