The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical proficiency, including experience with PLC controls and programming, project management, HMI/SCADA interface design, and automated test software such as LabVIEW, Python, or PLC-based testing. They are also experienced in both greenfield start-up environments involving new site development and brownfield integration that supports modifications to existing sites.
