About the Role
Are you the kind of person who loves bringing structure to chaos? Who notices the duplicate file, the missing tag, or the slightly off naming convention?
As our Digital Asset Management (DAM) Intern, you’ll play a key role in a global transformation—helping us migrate our digital asset library from EMMi to Bynder. Your work will ensure that thousands of brand and marketing assets are clean, searchable, and ready to support teams around the world.
You’ll collaborate closely with our DAM Migration Project Lead, European Brand & Communications team, and technical partners—helping build a scalable, intuitive asset library that fuels creativity across Fiskars Group.
What You’ll Do
Bring Clarity to Our Content
Identify and remove duplicate assets using defined naming and versioning rules
Validate file formats, naming conventions, and resolution standards
Flag outdated or low-quality assets for review or archival
Prepare and package assets for seamless migration into Bynder
Make Assets Easy to Find
Apply metadata tags using structured taxonomy and governance standards
Ensure consistency across key fields like campaign, region, and usage rights
Support mapping legacy metadata from EMMi into Bynder
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and usability
Support a Global Migration
Organize assets into logical, scalable structures
Assist with uploading assets during phased migration waves
Document issues and collaborate on solutions with the project team
Build for the Future
Maintain logs of processed and migrated assets
Update documentation as workflows evolve
Follow DAM governance and asset lifecycle best practices
What You Bring
A sharp eye for detail and a love for organization
Comfort working with digital files (images, video, documents)
Strong time management and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Clear communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Curiosity and openness to learning new systems and tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with DAM platforms (Bynder, AEM, Canto, Brandfolder, etc.)
Background in metadata tagging, content organization, or data cleanup
Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills
