Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end internal communications rituals (All Hands, Town Halls, strategic updates) including logistics, prewires, and follow-ups
- Maintain and evolve the internal comms calendar to keep the organization informed and aligned
- Plan and execute external brand initiatives, investor events, conferences, and branded experiences with cross-functional coordination
- Collaborate with People and Content teams on talent brand, content creation, and social/web assets
- Support PR and communications related to pipeline drug assets, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain brand resources, guidelines, design libraries, and ensure correct brand usage across teams
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows and systems to scale communications quality and speed
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Brand & Communications and other senior stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, English, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
