Skills
- 5+ years of professional film/content production experience
- Proven technical storytelling experience in aerospace, robotics, defense-tech, AI, automotive, or similar fields
- Professional-level ability to shoot, direct, and edit end-to-end content
- Experience building production workflows, creative infrastructure, and scalable systems
- Strong editorial judgment and visual storytelling instincts focused on authenticity
- Ability to earn trust across teams and operate effectively in fast-moving, unstructured environments
Responsibilities
- Design and build a full storytelling system from capture through delivery, including standards and repeatable formats
- Embed in day-to-day company activities to capture authentic documentary-style moments without staging
- Shoot, direct, and edit high-quality short- and long-form pieces to strong visual and editorial standards
- Create distribution strategies and platform-specific approaches that prioritize quality and intent
- Establish and maintain gear, workflows, file systems, and documentation for scale and handoff
- Align regularly with leadership to spot and prioritize capture opportunities and shape narrative focus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in production and storytelling accepted
