Staff Physical Therapist Assistant | Fort Collins, CO

Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with option for four 10-hour shifts
EMR: WebPT
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Job Summary
The PTA helps carry out treatment plans and supports patients as they work toward improved strength, mobility, and function. This role has a direct impact on patient progress by keeping treatment consistent, reinforcing education, and helping each visit stay productive and focused.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional movement activities
• Observe patient response to care and report updates to the PT
• Reinforce home exercise programs and treatment instructions
• Complete visit documentation in WebPT accurately and on time
• Help maintain clinic flow and treatment efficiency throughout the day
• Provide professional, respectful support to patients during recovery

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable with EMR systems, including WebPT
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• 3 weeks PTO
• $500 CME allowance per year
