JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Business Relationship Managers who serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT. The manager ensures consistent delivery of high‑quality engagement, prioritization, and outcomes across portfolios by setting direction, balancing demand, and aligning work to organizational strategy. This position provides coaching, performance management, and escalation support, while also partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable, value‑driven initiatives. The manager is accountable for team effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement of business‑IT collaboration practices.

Pay Range Minimum:
$118,400.00Pay Range Maximum:
$196,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
