Behavior Tech (BT or RBT)

Some of the most important moments in this work don't look like progress.

They look like a child in distress, a session that isn't going the way you planned, or a behavior that's asking you to dig deeper and stay present anyway. That's where our BTs and RBTs live, and it's where the real work happens.

At Horizon Blue ABA, we look for people who aren't afraid of those moments. Who can sit with a child in a hard place, stay regulated themselves, and keep communicating even when communication feels impossible. That willingness to wade through the difficult parts, without pulling back, without giving up, is what builds the kind of trust that actually moves the needle for kids.

Our remote BCBAs are there with you. Not just in the good sessions but in the hard ones too, helping you understand what a behavior is communicating and what to do with that information. We talk through what happened, what it meant, and how to show up better next time. That's not just supervision. That's how great BTs and RBTs are made.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
