- Proven product leadership and experience running rapid discovery and iteration cycles.
- Ability to evaluate and test AI-generated outputs and code, and to unblock small engineering squads.
- Experience translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and stakeholder-facing communications.
Responsibilities
- Use AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, agents, API integrations) daily to prototype and validate solutions; automate existing user workflows first, then scale into the platform.
- Define product vision and roadmap for major product areas with AI capabilities as a core lever for business outcomes.
- Lead a small cross-functional squad (typical 1 PM + 2 engineers) with full ownership from discovery through delivery; work hands-on alongside engineers.
- Embed with underwriting, brokers, and operations teams to discover needs, run rapid experiments, and validate prototypes with real users.
- Collaborate with engineering and data leadership on AI tooling strategy, APIs, integrations, and technical feasibility.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers on AI-first development practices and rapid iteration.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and governance forums; build relationships with business unit stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)
