Sr. Analyst, Market Access Applications

• Partner with Market Access business stakeholders and IT teams to support and enhance Model N and Anaplan applications in line with operational needs.
• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, design, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
• Oversee application lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, stability, and user experience.
• Support integration and management of interfaces across Model N, ERP, EDI, B2B, and revenue accounting systems in a controlled environment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reporting, and service tracking aligned with governance and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with managed service providers and cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational continuity.
• Ensure execution of required compliance activities, including backups, disaster recovery testing, and security remediation.
• Provide input on technology enhancements, upgrades, and emerging tools to support business scalability and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting commercial or market access applications in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Model N (powered by Flex) and Anaplan, including integrations and production support.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market access, including commercial, Medicaid, and government pricing processes.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and reporting tools such as Cognos or Tableau.
• Experience managing system integrations across ERP, EDI, B2B, and revenue systems in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-support environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
