Technical Product Manager Sr - API & Integrations

• Define, communicate, and gain buy-in for the product vision and strategy with leadership and internal partners.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, balancing customer needs, performance, and operational requirements.
• Drive decision-making and product launches in collaboration with engineering, UX, operations, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
• Monitor product performance through metrics, data analysis, usability studies, and market research.
• Mentor junior product managers and facilitate cross-domain collaboration to ensure successful product delivery.
• Regularly update stakeholders and clients on product status, roadmap changes, and strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience in product management.
• 5+ years of product management or product design experience, particularly managing technical products or online services.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives from concept through execution using product management best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics to measure performance and success.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex problems clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive strategic direction, and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred experience in Property and Casualty insurance or similar industries.
