- Research, write, and edit instructional content, manuals, and documentation for healthcare training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and operational teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Maintain consistency in style, terminology, and formatting across all materials
- Update and revise content based on feedback, new procedures, and evolving industry standards
- Ensure content meets accessibility and compliance requirements
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality materials on schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience creating technical or instructional content, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or educational technology
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content
- Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and multimedia authoring software
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
