The Senior Content Specialist creates, reviews, and edits high-quality content for securities and futures licensing exams, including written materials, digital assets, online programs, classroom resources, and video scripts. This role ensures all content complies with FINRA, NFA, NYSE, and NASAA exam and continuing education requirements, supporting the organization’s mission to deliver accurate and compliant financial training. The Senior Content Specialist maintains the company’s reputation as a trusted authority in qualification compliance across regulatory bodies and their member firms. This role takes responsibility for the quality and accuracy of products based on internal and external feedback as well as industry and regulatory developments and feels a strong sense of responsibility for content performance, actively monitoring metrics and suggesting improvements. In a senior role, they mentor junior team members and oversee content development to ensure consistent quality and alignment with industry standards.
