We hit millions of users daily in Europe through pure organic growth. During the last 1.5 years we built massive traction on Social Media, +250 mio organic views / month on TikTok, Instagram etc. Now we want to take this relentless testing approach and viral playbooks to the US and scale it as far as we can. Now we need someone to execute it at scale in the US — managing 20–30+ creators, keeping the content engine firing, and helping us crack the noisiest market on earth.
Own 20–30 UGC creators end-to-end: Sourcing, onboarding, communication, motivation, performance tracking, payment
Review content and give structured feedback fast: Enforce quality and brand alignment without slowing creators down
Track performance metrics weekly: Views, engagement, conversion and surface insights to the growth team
Coordinate posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Spot what’s working, kill what isn’t: Identify top performers and double down relentlessly
Support light social media management alongside creator work
Must-haves
You have an active presence on TikTok and/or Instagram, even if small, and ideally some first experience managing creators or influencers
You are based in the US and available 20–30 hours per week on a freelance basis, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones with a Berlin-based team
You take a structured, data-driven approach to performance tracking, content scheduling, and creator feedback
You bring genuine creativity and are able to develop original ideas rather than simply replicating trends
You are familiar with AI tools for content research, briefing, or identifying trends
You're genuinely passionate about TikTok, social media, and content creation — it energizes you, not drains you.
What sets you apart
You have built your own social media channels from scratch and achieved meaningful traction (e.g. 30k+ followers, 10M+ views)
You have managed or scaled creator programs with 50–200+ creators
You understand platform algorithms deeply and know how to leverage them beyond standard best practices
You have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting creators, not just managing an existing network
You have worked with student, education, or Gen Z-focused brands
