We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand & Social Media Marketing to take ownership of how Kobalt shows up externally and internally. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of brand, content, and platform strategy.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our social presence, producing content that reflects our clients and culture, and ensuring consistency across everything we put out into the world. At the same time, you’ll support internal stakeholders with high-quality creative assets, from presentations to company-wide communications.
This role would suit someone who is both strategic and execution-focused. Someone who is comfortable working autonomously, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality creative work from concept through to delivery.

In 1 month: You’ll have a strong understanding of Kobalt’s brand, tone and key priorities, and be contributing to day-to-day social and content delivery
In 3 months: You’ll be confidently managing our social channels, producing content independently and supporting internal stakeholders with high-quality assets
In 6 months: You’ll have established a consistent brand presence across platforms, strengthened partner relationships, and introduced new ideas to elevate how Kobalt shows up
