Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce enterprise content governance, taxonomy, structure, and lifecycle management to maintain a single source of truth for product information and digital assets
- Define and execute the PIM and DAM strategy and roadmap, including data models, asset structures, and system integrations
- Manage PIM/DAM platforms (e.g., Akeneo, Bynder) and third-party vendors/developers to ensure performance and scalability
- Lead the Technical Content Architect function and drive continuous improvement of content systems
- Own technical writing standards, templates, and best practices and lead the Technical Writing team
- Manage end-to-end content operations from intake to publication to improve efficiency, reuse, and consistency
- Design and deliver technical training and enablement programs for internal teams and channel partners, overseeing instructional design and curriculum
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and alignment of product content
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
