Responsibilities
- Design best-practice solution configurations tailored to customer requirements
- Execute deployments: setup, configure, develop, and test technical assets
- Develop and maintain LE Tag and taglet code and related front-end assets
- Collaborate with Product and R&D on feature extensions and integrations
- Manage customer APIs, integrations, widgets, and custom code
- Act as technical SME and trusted advisor to enterprise customers
- Drive customer satisfaction, reduce attrition, and increase referenceability
- Lead strategic initiatives and share best-practice delivery methods
- Enable partners with technical training and deployment support
Education
- BS/BA degree in relevant field or equivalent experience (required)
- MBA preferred
