- Experience with Linux or Unix systems

- Practical experience with SLAM-based navigation and mapping
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools for warehouse mapping
- Technical knowledge of IT or complex system deployments
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 90%) and hold a valid passport
- Spanish proficiency (written and verbal) and strong English communication
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Implement and deploy robotic order-fulfillment solutions including hardware, software, and server infrastructure at customer sites
- Create and configure SLAM-based warehouse maps using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
- Manage onsite customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with infrastructure setup, robot and software configuration, and initial system commissioning
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during early production phases to ensure smooth operations
- Complete required documentation and perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Relevant hands-on experience deploying warehouse software or logistics systems (1+ years)
