MathWorks is seeking an Education Programs Engineer to support global student competition teams in robotics and autonomous systems, utilizing MATLAB and Simulink. This hybrid role emphasizes mentoring, technical support, and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities: Mentor students and advisors, create and promote training materials, engage with competition teams globally, and analyze training needs while participating in competitions.
Skills: Strong technical expertise in MATLAB and Simulink, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in competition mentoring preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or Master's degree, proficiency in education competition experience, and strong team collaboration skills required.
Location: Natick, US with 25% travel, mostly within the US and some international travel required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.
