Education Benefits with Archways to Opportunity 

McDonald’s and its independent franchisees are committed to helping employees further their education and achieve their dreams through our Archways to Opportunity program. To date we have given out over $165 million dollars in tuition assistance and supported 55,000 restaurant workers. Employees at participating U.S. restaurants have the opportunity to:

• Earn a high school diploma**
• Receive $2,500 in upfront college tuition assistance
• Access free education and career advising services**
• Learn English as a second language

Eligible McDonald's restaurant employees who combine their Archways to Opportunity tuition assistance award with the CTU commitment grant can now receive 100% tuition covered for their Associates or Bachelor’s Degree at Colorado Technical University!

• Choose from over 80 diverse undergraduate degree programs that offer industry-relevant courses and flexible learning options
