Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project documentation including Kick-Off presentations, Project Management Plans, agendas, minutes, and timelines
- Customize and modify template documentation to meet project needs
- Prioritize workload using judgment and critical thinking to deliver high-impact results
- Manage EDC, EDC/Imaging, EDC/Onboarding, EDC/ePRO, EDC/eConsent, and Hardware studies
- Ensure project plans and meeting notes are accurate, consistent, and accessible
- Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and external partners to align on project goals
- Maintain professional workspace and keep camera on during external client meetings
- Provide proactive communication and set clear client expectations with timely updates
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours with at least a status update
- Provide coverage and thorough hand-offs for fellow managers during absences
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and recommend resolutions
- Tailor communications for varied audiences and maintain momentum
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of clinical trial industry experience (customer-facing/project mgmt)
