- Ability to read and interpret civil and construction drawings
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and basic takeoffs
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong written and verbal communication for client and team engagement
- Proposal support and document quality review
- Ability to coordinate technical reviews and project-specific planning
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Support preconstruction activities and proposal document preparation
- Perform project plan reviews and documentation control across development and active project phases
- Read, interpret and review construction drawings and civil plans
- Perform basic takeoffs and quantity assessments from plans
- Review CAD drawings and coordinate technical details with design and construction teams
- Use Procore or similar construction management platforms to manage project documentation
- Coordinate internally with stakeholders and externally with clients and subcontractors
- Travel to project sites as required (up to 50%) and support on-site activities and oversight
- Ensure safety, environmental, and community considerations are incorporated into project work
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and related construction experience
