We need someone to own how Nox shows up online. Social media, newsletters, SEO, and content that makes people pay attention.
You will:
Grow our accounts on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Write and send newsletters that people actually open. Support SEO and GEO efforts across noxmetals.co. Write optimized content, research keywords, track rankings, make sure Nox shows up when AI engines answer questions about aluminum plate. Shoot and edit short-form video on the factory floor. Coordinate customer content like case studies, testimonials, and co-branded posts. Track analytics across every channel. Know what is working, kill what is not, bring new ideas every week.
You should be:
Good at writing. Social, email, web. You write a lot and it is clean. Proficient with AI tools. You use them for everything and you are 10x more efficient because of it. Comfortable on a factory floor with a camera. Familiar with how social platforms actually grow. Algorithms, hooks, CTAs. Not just posting. Someone who does not wait to be told what to do. Always bringing new ideas. Low ego. High output.
No specific background required. We do not care what your degree is in or whether you have one. We care that you are fast, sharp, and can grow an audience.
This role is full time, in person in Detroit.
