Summary
 

Responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of a digital communications strategy. Responsible for leading digital marketing efforts, coordination of marketing campaigns, content and HMTL management, monitoring engagement and results.


Description
 

Position Purpose:

As the Digital Campaign Developer, the ideal candidate will need to collaborate with Digital Experience Campaign strategist, internal partners (all private business, HII, IS and Marketing departments), and Third-Party vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and maintenance of multi-channel communication through the campaign platform, as well as the responsibilities of executing digital campaign efforts, coordination of campaign requirements, build campaign workflows and email marketing templates, testing and development, monitoring traffic and reporting. We are looking for someone that has experience in various digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications and mail.

Logistics:

This is a full-time position working (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm eastern standard time working hybrid at 4101 Percival Road Columbia, SC 29229.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinates with business partners on the creation and development of digital content through multi-channel communications through the Campaign platform. Writes, edits and reviews content while ensuring established contact standards are met. Ensures that the digital media provides up-to-date and comprehensive product/service information that is easily available to existing and potential customers. Regularly manages an audit process across digital properties.

  • May assist with designs, builds, and reviews digital media campaigns aligned with business goals. Assesses engagement needs/problems, identify opportunities, and implement business development strategies. Assists in coordination and orchestration of multi-channel campaigns. Evaluates competitiveness in the market. Makes recommendations for improvements based on research, analysis, and best practices. Quality assurance (test) campaign workflows and channel delivery within campaign tool.

  • Analyzes feedback and problems through digital properties. Perform extensive testing, create queries to extract and validate segment data and sizing

  • Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives on critical issues and assists in problem resolution. Documents project and strategy improvement opportunities.

  • Manages end-to-end digital projects. Collaborates with information systems and line of business representatives to align projects with business goals.

To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or job related field. or

  • Four years of job-related work experience.

  • Two years of experience in digital marketing, internet/intranet website design or maintenance or social media strategy, including related business writing experience in a creative environment.

  • Intermediate knowledge of internet/intranet technologies and website content design.

  • Good business writing, editing, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office.

  • One or more years of hands on Adobe Campaign Platform experience

  • Experience with Marketing Campaign Management such as

    • Direct Mail

    • Email Marketing

    • Customer Journey Orchestration

    • Cross Channel Marketing

    • Offer Management

    • Segmentation and Targeting

    • Marketing Campaign Lifecycle, inclusive of expertise in marketing campaigns, all aspects, from defining requirements, designing the data structures to support campaign execution, understanding the data at a very detailed level, design of the campaign itself, QA, and campaign execution

    • Understanding of the campaign process, as well as supporting processes and is particularly skilled at managing the process
