Skills
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
- Experience building full-stack applications (Node.js, React)
- Experience with NoSQL databases and designing data pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-native development workflows and tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex)
- Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and MCP/CLI tools
- Strong Git and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions) and automated testing
- Ability to prototype rapidly and productionize solutions
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own internal tools, workflows, and systems that power GTM processes from lead flow to expansion
- Translate GTM strategy and business problems into scalable technical solutions and data flows
- Develop AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency, decision-making, and execution across GTM
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted development, validate impact, and evolve successful prototypes to production-grade systems
- Build and maintain integrations across CRM, analytics, and other GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
- Ensure quality, scalability, maintainability, and observability of systems while balancing speed of delivery
- Collaborate with GTM and company leadership to prioritize, scope, and deliver high-impact initiatives
- Document tools and enable non-technical GTM teams to use systems independently
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in software engineering best practices and system design
