• 🎨 Design and build intuitive, responsive interfaces that simplify complex AI and agent‑based workflows

• 📊 Create real‑time visualisations that clearly communicate system status and decision‑making

• 🧩 Develop reusable UI components that scale across future Labs initiatives

• 🔗 Extend into backend services and cloud APIs when needed to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

✅ What You Bring

• Substantial experience building modern frontend applications with frameworks such as React, SolidJS, Vue, or similar

• Proven ability with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design

• Demonstrated skill creating high‑performance, interactive interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL

• Strong understanding of real‑time data handling, dynamic state management, and streaming updates

• Working knowledge of backend fundamentals, including Go or Python services and cloud‑based APIs

• Comfort operating in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping, and iterating toward scalable solutions

• A collaborative mindset and passion for design craft, accessibility, and performance

🛡️ Background Checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $160,000 to $180K,000 or more depending on experience.
