Skills
- Extensive Kubernetes administration at scale (ArgoCD, Helm, cluster lifecycle)
- Expert Terraform and IaC patterns and module development
- Deep AWS experience across networking, compute, storage, and security
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, developer platforms, and automation pipelines
- Familiarity with AIOps tooling and ML-driven observability/predictive scaling
- Strong security and IAM knowledge for cloud-native environments
- Ability to design for reliability: SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, and incident management
- Mentoring, cross-team communication, and technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture of cloud-native systems ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
- Drive cloud implementation and strategy with emphasis on AWS and Infrastructure as Code
- Implement and integrate AI/AIOps for intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated remediation
- Define and monitor platform SLIs and SLOs; optimize performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain support, monitoring, and disaster recovery processes; participate in incident response
- Champion GitOps and CI/CD workflows, reusable IaC modules, and platform automation
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and document platform patterns and best practices
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve platform efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, CKA/CKAD)
- Ongoing professional development in cloud-native and AIOps technologies
