The Director, Hands-on Content will lead the vision and operational strategy for creating scalable, high-quality hands-on experiences for the Pluralsight platform, managing a team focused on interactive lab delivery and collaboration across technical teams.
Responsibilities: You will oversee the production of hands-on labs, drive team development, improve production processes, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure content quality and timely delivery.
Skills: Required skills include technical proficiency in software development, strong leadership capabilities, ability to manage complex projects, and experience in educational or content production environments.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 5-8+ years of experience in technical content creation, 3+ years in a leadership role, and background in technical practice related to education or instructional settings.
Location: This is a remote role with preferred candidates located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office, with some in-office work required Tuesday through Thursday.

As the Director, Hands-on Content, you will set the vision and operational strategy for producing and scaling high-quality hands-on experiences for the Pluralsight platform. You will lead a team of individual contributors responsible for delivering hands-on labs and interactive experiences at scale, while driving alignment across Content, Product, and Engineering on the future of hands-on experiences at Pluralsight.
You will be accountable for balancing innovative new ways to deliver hands-on experience with quality and throughput. You’ll partner closely with R&D, Engineering and Product to improve the technical foundations of lab delivery and create a scalable, measurable production system.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $148,200 - $195,00 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
