On Premise, Analyst

Reporting to the Sales Planning & Reporting Manager for On-Premise Analytics, your primary responsibilities will include conducting analyses and providing recommendations to support the On-Premise Key Accounts teams. You will be expected to understand key business issues, gather and analyze data, interpret findings, and simultaneously develop and streamline KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reports.

KEY ACCOUNTS ANALYSIS

Analyze monthly data for key accounts to identify the primary drivers and barriers affecting distribution and volume.

Collaborate with key account leadership to develop qualitative and quantitative analytical recommendations for external business reviews and partnership meetings.

Support the development of long-term segment strategies through data-driven analysis.

Help key account teams understand business trends and identify new opportunities.

Maintain and update key account customer lists to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

TRACKING AND REPORTING

Refresh monthly reports to provide insights and business status updates to the Key Accounts team.

Build and maintain high-level scorecards and monthly highlights to share with Key Accounts stakeholders.

At least one year of analytical experience; experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate raw data into insights and recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Experience with data manipulation tools to aggregate unstructured data from multiple sources.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - 108,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
